Daena Giardella is offering this highly experiential workshop for coaches who would like to deepen their coaching skills. You’ll have an opportunity to practice improvisation exercises that are specifically designed to help you enhance your coaching by bringing more creativity, confidence, spontaneity, authenticity, and awareness to your work.

This workshop will be a practical learning experience offering hands-on tools where participants will create demo coaching scenes based on real life situations, challenging client interactions, and other relevant topics. Daena will be also focusing on the issues of transference and counter transference in the coaching relationship as she coaches participants in these improvised demos. She will guide you through her Improviser Coach Model, which includes the useful exercise, Your Improvisational Actor Profile. This exercise helps you identify your strengths, negative hooks, patterns, and habitual “default” or “fall back” roles. The goal is to help you target your growing edge as you try out new approaches during improvised coaching scenes. While the workshop is open to all, advanced coaches are especially invited because of the unique opportunity to expand your approach and gain insights into your coaching style.
